Relendex has built a team with the banking and underwriting expertise necessary to handle complex development finance and has a deep understanding of the “Modern Methods of Construction” (MMC) needed to build the new generation of sustainable carbon-zero homes. We can supply the modelling and finance and monitoring expertise to facilitate SME builders in expanding their businesses.

Our Investors

Our Investors value the consistent returns provided by fixed income investments secured on commercial property. Harnessing the power of fintech, Relendex’s operating costs are lower than traditional lenders which allows us to pass on a greater share of the interest income to our Investors.

Relendex uses a sophisticated fractionalised investment model that allows diversification across our loan book range and caters for differing risk appetites.

Relendex offers a fully managed portfolio service*, as well as the opportunity for the professional investor with industry experience to build their own loan book portfolio.

An essential process of the WholeHouse project is the availability of finance throughout the development cycle. Relendex has been selected by Travis Perkins to be one of only two finance partners for this initiative.
