experience, Paul joined Relendex’s senior management team, having been a significant lender on our platform. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 with BDO and has had a successful career working as CFO and as a backer of start-up businesses.
Managing Director
With 44 years industry experience, Max has held roles for Standard Life, Dentons and AKG. His roles focused on the development and marketing of pensions, alternative investment schemes, and insurance products
Lending Director
Martin is a specialist property finance banker with over 20 years’ experience at leading UK financial institutions.
He has held underwriting and deal origination roles to senior management level with Barclays, Nationwide, N M Rothschild and Anglo Irish Bank, exclusively in property finance with his knowledge and experience extending across all of the sectors, deal ticket sizes and type, be it investment, development and mezzanine finance.

Operations Manager
With 8 years industry experience, inlcuding previous roles in Foreign Exchange, Connor specialises in managing Investor mandates, portfolios and accounts and is RDR compliant.
Operations Executive
With previous roles in finance and analytics, Rahul specialises in the operation of alternative lending platforms and is RDR compliant.

experience, Simon held roles at Lloyds Bank whilst also spending 12 years at Hampshire Trust as Associate Director, in the development finance area.

With 11 years industry experience, Aaron has a brings a wealth of experience across both the personal investment and the property debt space and is RDR compliant.
Credit Manager
Fahad joined Relendex’s underwriting
team in January 2020 having started
his career with NatWest. As the Credit Manager at Relendex, Fahad has a comprehensive background in credit risk management and financial analysis, he is entrusted with ensuring prudent lending practices.
